Nataly Youssef, PhD ’16

Nataly Youssef, PhD ’16, is the founder and CEO of Reclaim Health, a healthcare financial planning application designed to help users manage the financial aspects of the full cycle of their healthcare—from plan selection, to ongoing claims management, to care planning. Prior to Reclaim, Nataly co-founded P2 Analytics and served as its Head of Healthcare Analytics where she worked on data-driven patient flow management software tools for large hospital systems.

Nataly's expertise lies in robust optimization to manage risk and maximize outcomes. Prior to P2 Analytics, Nataly contributed to the development of the Analytics Edge MOOC and taught Executive MBAs at MIT. Nataly continues to deliver business analytics training sessions for large analytics consulting firms.

Nataly received her PhD in Operations Research and Analytics from MIT and her MS in Industrial Engineering and Risk Management from Texas A&M University.
